CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Changes Personalized Items (Digital, Letterpress, & Thermography Printed): You may make changes to your order at time of electronic proof approval. Changes may be made to text, shipping method, quantity, and shipping address free of charge. During the electronic proof reviewing process, if you find an error on our part, we will correct the error free of charge. Design changes, however, may incur a $25 change fee. Non-personalized Items: You may make changes to shipping method, quantity, and shipping address within 24 hours after placing your order without incurring a charge. If you make changes after the 24 hour window, you may incur a $25 change fee. Once your order has shipped, My Paperbuds will not accept any changes. Cancellations Personalized Digital Flat Printed Items: If you cancel your order within the first 3 days prior to receiving an electronic proof, you will be fully refunded minus a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your order after receiving an electronic proof, you will be fully refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee. Once you have approved the electronic proof, My Paperbuds will not accept any cancellations. Personalized Letterpress or Thermography Printed Items: If you cancel your order within the first 3 days prior to receiving an electronic proof, you will be fully refunded minus a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your order after receiving an electronic proof, you will be fully refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee.
